A partial listing of equipment includes:
142 press units, 36 heat set units and 106 cold set units. Many of our heat set units have auto-plating. This enables us to change a plate in two and a half minutes and print short runs economically, digital auto registration, closed loop registration, digital preset ink control system, 40,000 impressions per hour, 300 dpi capability.
Our Southern California location recently added a 48 unit HEIDELBERG Mercury press line with state-of-the-art digital ink presetting, digital automatic registration and two combination folders. In addition, a new 28-unit DGM press line with digital ink CIP-3 presets, remote registration and two combination folders has been added.
